TECHNIQUE
- Apply 2 coats of Glossy Black to terra cotta pot. Let dry.
- In two parallel rows adhere rhinestones.
- On glass finial mist droplets of water over entire surface. Immediately spray Super Silver. Dab or lightly wipe excess moisture to reveal a delicate pattern revealing the underlying gold.
- Arrange roses, foliage, millimeter balls and pinecones in a mounded fashion.
